I can’t make you quit smoking.

I really can’t.

But, I can help YOU quit!

If you really want to quit…

You can.

The good news is that it doesn’t require drugs, cravings, or going thru withdrawals.

Quitting is really easy. It’s STAYING quit that seems to be the challenge for a lot of my clients.

It’s not the ability to quit. Everyone has that. Just don’t buy another pack. It’s that simple, right?.

But, what keeps you from staying quit is the lack of motivation. If I said, “You’ll get a million dollars at the end of 30 days if you stop smoking now.” You could probably stop. If I said, “100 dollars will be taken from your bank account for every cigarette you light up.” It probably wouldn’t take you long to stop either.

Or, if you believed the very next puff you took, someone you loved, (a spouse, a child, a grandchild, close friend, etc.),  would drop dead, I’m guessing you could put them down forever and never touch those nasty things again.

You see, it’s not the ability to quit. It’s the motivation.

Here’s another confession. Some of the folks, not many, but a few, that come to see me for their free strategy session leave my office and never touch a cigarette again. They never actually booked a session with me. They never sat in the Amazing Hypnochair and went into a formal hypnotic trance. They never paid me a dime, and yet somewhere in that free session, they found the motivation they needed to Stop Smoking for the Last Time.

How wonderful is that?
